How to unlock Huawei E 1732 (Idea Netsetter new)
Many people asked How to unlock Huawei E 1732 (new idea netsetter). Now trickspark is back with the new method to unlock netsetter. Below given the steps to unlock the Netsetter.
Steps
- Download following softwares by clicking in the download button
Cdma Workshop
Firmware.
- You have to disable the antivirus software before running the cdma workshop.(some antiviruses remove cdma workshop)
- Insert another a non-idea sim to your huawei e1732 netsetter device.
- Now find the port where your Huawei e1732 modem is connected. Right click on your “My Computer” > Properties > Device Manager > Ports (COM & LPT) > HUAWEI Mobile Connect – 3G Application Interface (COM[The port number appear in your system])
- Open “CDMA Workshop v2.7.0.exe”.
- Select the port as shown in the above figure.
- Click on Connect And then click Read.
- Select Security tab and set the value as “000000″ in the spc section also set Default(nv_read) as SPC option.
- Click on SPC then click send.
- Select memory tab and click on read then a confirmation window will come then click OK in the conformation box.
- Now a NV Items Backup box comes and set 9999 for Last NV Item in that box and press OK.
- Save the file in any name (should remember it is needed to restore).
- Then minimize CDMA Workshop and click on downgrader software.
- Follow the post ‘Flash huawei device‘ for detailed information of firmware degrading.
- You can follow the instructions (steps 1 to 9) in the post and it show error.
- After that disconnect from main tab of CDMA Workshop and unplug and plug the device.
- Find the port from the device manager as show above.
- Select the port in cdma workshop main tab and click connect.
- Select memory tab and click Write in NV Items.
- Select the file saved earlier and click Ok.
- After completing press Ok and disconnect the cdma workshop and remove the device.
- Again plug you device. It is unlocked now
- If it show error press ok and wait for sometime it will automatically detect the sim.

NOT LOCKED!8:57:50 > CHECK LOCK END!8:57:50 > Ready То есть я так понял что NOT LOCKED значит что модем не заблокирован. При вводе ulonck кода ^ то же самое. При использовании другой симки пишет Могут быть использованы только определенные SIMUSIM карты Прошил как здесь сказано. ничего не помогает. Перепробывал кучу способов с разных сайтов результата 0. помогите плиз.

actually I have completed process till saving text file with default idea sim so… can I proceed further with that sim or what should I do?

after unlocking , Can we use again older idea sim that came with data card?
sure…
once you remove the sim from the modem(which came with the modem package) it wont work(because the idea manufactures fixes the modem imei and sim.but if u unlock some times your imei also changes) . But it detects signal only. but if it is a normal mobile sim we can use it.

Take a screen short of the unconnected netsetter software and error msg and send to help@therabbitrun.com i will help u….

the data card can,t be found error code 2 One of the following reasons may cause the error:
A.the data card is not properly connected to pc
b. Other program is using the data card.
c. you do not have the authority of the administrator

I have unlocked the Idea Netsetter (E1732) successfuly.
But not able to replace or change the Dashboard. Whenever I connect it to a New PC, it starts to install only Idea Netsetter Software. But in Mobile Pertner I am able to use any SIM in this Data Card. So please help me to replace the Dashboard.

It seems that you have Windows 7, 64 Bit installed on your PC.
Please try to use the softwares on Windows XP or Windows 7, 32 Bit Edition.

Check whether your idea software is open or not(if so please close it) . if not try another system it may be the problem with your usb port or operating system if both of these solution has no effect please let me know i will try to help you
idea netsetter problem of connection terminated can be solved like this
tools-options-general select RAS modem instead of NDIS(the default one).
